Once you have filled in your personal information the next page is the payment page. If you want to give more than 5 usd, look for the option ADD TIP. Tick the box and the tip options will appear. Choose the amount up to 10 usd.

You may increase your donation more than 10 usd by selecting a quantity of 2 or more instead of 1 in the amount.
